ok ladies when you were in labor how long did your contractions last I would like to get an idea on how long I'm going…

usually 40-60 seconds it'll last and a few minutes in between each one.

how long of a break did you get in between

my mom was in labor for 26 hours with me..

it was 5 years ago I honestly can't remember. I only remember when I first went into labor it was 4-6 minutes by the time I was headed to hospital. I was 40w4d and 4cm 100% effaced when I got there. but that's all I can remember. they gave me epi. so the rest of the 14 hrs of my labor was in and out in memory. lol

I was in labor with my lil princess for 4 hours and hopefully the same with with my prince

effaced is thinning of your cervix. they'll tell you , you're "x cm dilated and x% effaced " you'll most likely be effaced completely before you even go into labor. I was 3 cm and 100% effaced around 3 pm and 11 pm that night i went into labor
