You'll know when she turns. it's really uncomfortable. at least for me it was. she had been head up for the longest time and when she turned, I could feel her head move all the way down my right side to my hip and her but move all the way up my left side to my ribs.

They should be able to tell just by feeling if she's turned. Another way you may be able to tell is if you feel activity in maybe your ribs or your sides, that could possibly be baby's little feet.
