I honestly ate sandwhichs we all the time and my sons perfectly fine lol if you want you can also warm up the lunch meat I've heard

I eat lunch meat sandwiches on the daily. hot or cold. you're completely fine. I just scarfed one down too. when they say heat it up. they mean the actual lunch meat that sits in a deli or a sandwich shop. if it's packaged you're perfectly fine to eat it cold or hot. @sierraannmariee

The listeria causes listeriosis which can be harmful to a baby. Heated up is fine though.

it's one of those things that honestly crack me up. I had 5 healthy pregnancies where I ate lunch meat because that "rule" wasn't a rule. Along with 100 yrs of women who have done that same thing. I am on my second pregnancy where they RULE is don't and guess what. If I want lunch meat, I eat it lol. You just have to make your own decision on it hun. @sierraannmariee
