How early can you tell what the gender is with an ultrasound. I know my two kids i was 18 and 19 weeks. But i want to go to one of those sneek peek places because my husband is leaving in march for the army and its when were suppose to find out. We planned on doing a big reveal but he wont be here unless i can get it done early. I am 12 weeks 5 days today.. Thanks

I went to an ultrasound place. The recommended 15 weeks but I went at 13 weeks 5 days and they had no problem knowing he was a boy. Had my 20 week anatomy scan and still a boy!
i called the place and they told me 15 weeks. so i have 2,weeks! which isnt bad. :)
@34466, thank you i didnt know they were fully formed then and you could tell.
I found out one of my twins at 12 weeks 3 days and it was confirmed at my other doc 12 weeks 5 days. Just found out the second one at 16 weeks due to being stubborn lol. But it all depends on the tech and if they will try and look. But at I believe 11-12 weeks their little parts are fully formed so if they get a good angle they can see and give you a good indication.

you can ask your doc to do a blood test. they can find the sex chromosome and tell you. I did it at 11 weeks and found out I'm having a girl!!
you can always go to a 3d place and get a 3d ultrasound done
I believe 15 weeks, I do know with both my boys I found out at 15+6 weeks but with this one that's a girl I found out at 21 Weeks, it was a bit harder
