gummy prenatals or pill? i have nature made.. and they are starting to taste NASTY ..what kind do you guys use

I use the GNC prenatal gummies. Not the best tasting but better than the pill in my opinion.

These are the ones I take. I haven't been able to take the actual pill because it makes me really sick. But these do good.

hahahaha I was just telling my hubby how nasty these multi gummy vitamins that he got us were!! never get 1 a day multi vits eeeww!!

@jk0516 i think my pills are causing my headaches.. it had 27mg of iron and high in zinc..i believe over the daily dosage

These are what I take they're not too bad

I take these they are concidered softgels so there really isn't a taste.. a smell slightly but no taste

I could only take the gummy ones all the others make me sick
