I have decided not to do a 3D ultrasound because I was informed you're basically cooking your baby when you do
How ? If some regular ob offices do it . I'm curious for the source? Because if that's the case a regular one would slightly cook as well
I've gotten 3d since the 2nd ultrasound maybe your thinking the 4D.. 3D is fairly normal where I'm from
We decided to not get our either but ours was because of financial. never heard that. I know my mom flipped because by the next ultrasound it makes five all together.
I didn't get one cause they cost more (my insurance doesn't cover 3D) and the pictures most of the time arnt any better
I'm curious as to where this information came from? My high risk doctor does one every time I go in
Uh, who told you that? It's no different than a typical ultrasound, just different picture because of the dimensions. @shawnaogan
the first OB doc I had told me regular ultrasounds as well as the 3D basically are sending heat waves and cooking the baby. idk, just what the doctor told me.
