Hey, mommas! I'm ready to start working out but don't know where to start. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I need to be able to do something at home that doesn't take up too much time.

@erinflaherty818, My activity level was really low, honestly. I was at my heaviest before I got pregnant and gained about 40 lbs. Towards the end of my pregnancy and a short time after I had high blood pressure. Other than that no pre-existing conditions.

@_steph_, it honestly depends. What was your activity level like before and during your pregnancy? Do you have any pre-existing conditions? Let me know those things and I can try pointing you in the right direction. Way to go though for getting on top of it! ❤️
