It's what you call a baby you carry to term after you lose one.

rainbow baby means a baby concieved after a miscarriage or a still born birth. basically there's a rainbow at the end of every storm quote.

@misskaecolletto, someone asked a few months ago in a very rude way saying "what the fuck is a damn rainbow baby" that's why some people got so offended. like lorrrd lol
