Okay, when should pregnant women receive prenatal pills from their doctors? I haven't be prescribed any, so I've just been taking daily multivitamins.

@gracielafiglo2017, I got mine from my first visit well she gave me a bunch of samples to try out & at my next appointment she gave me a prescription
For both my pregnancies they just asked if I started them and I had so they never mentioned writing a script--I just bought my own.
okay well you would have to buy them then when you go to your appointment tell them you need a prescription. I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 8 weeks so that's when I started taking them
ohh, that's cool. Over here, we just get a script from the doctors to pick them up from the pharmacy.
Yeah so does mine I use a debit card supplied by my insurance to buy them at the store.
@kellynicole, My insurance covers everything that has to do with my pregnancy.
@mazeyy09 No, I just did a confirmation of pregnancy and my next appointment is Feb 12th when I'm 8 weeks.
Have you had your prenatal appointment? Before I had mine I bought some at Walmart
i think im just gonna buy a small bottle for now and when I have my next appointment, I'll just mention it and have them write me a script.
