I need you guys help!! My hips are killing me tonight I have so many pillows and it's not helping what else you guys!!! any suggestions?

@makaykay212, lay on your left side on the floor or on something firm and bring your right leg to a right angle over your body and lay there for a bit, I also like to do the other side and bring the leg back behind me them back on the floor in the right angle

Oh no ): maybe even lukewarm then. Still try the Tylenol. My midwife told me it's all good to take I know it's not much but it's something. Feel better soon love

Hot bath and Tylenol. If you have Epsom salts put some of those in your bath it'll help (:
