Hello ladies!
I definitely plan to breastfeed when my little one arrives, also been thinking about cloth diapers considering I have very sensitive skin and eczema. I want to be prepared if my baby has sensitive skin too. Pros and cons of cloth diapers?
Join the facebook group called Fluff Love and Cloth Diaper Science. They'll get you all set up with a wash routine and sort out any issues you may run into. If you're set up properly you shouldn't ever have any cons! You can use regular tide, gain, foca, or arm&hammer; to wash diapers, the "cloth diaper" detergents are actually crap lol. I'd buy different brands and not all one because they fit all babies differently. Don't be afraid of the cheap diapers from China! And if you EBF(no solids or formula) you don't have to rinse poop, it's water soluble. But they make awesome things like diaper sprayers of you prefer to rinse first. I got one. Pros are: money saving, eco friendly, less diaper rash, very cute prints, less to no poop explosions, and the list just goes on!
About how many diapers do I need going with cloth? And is cloth diapering more of an at home thing or can I cloth at all times? I plan to EBF for as long as possible
