Personal and rather embarrassing issue here. I'm having real trouble holding in my urine now, I have had some issue throughout my pregnancy where I have 'leaked' from laughing, coughing, sneezing and even vomiting in the earlier stages. I'm in my third trimester, 31 weeks now and I'm having to wear tena lady pads on a daily basis. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if ladies who have had previous pregnancies have experienced it and what happened afterwards? Will I go back to normal, which for me I'm very good at holding it in usually... Please feel free to comment or private message me, any advice would be appreciated. I'm already working on my pelvic floor exercises but this doesn't have any effect :(

Ive had this problem ever since i had my first aged 20. Im 25 now & have to wear pads constantly, this is my 3rd pregnancy ive got a prolapse or something apparantly thats the reason. Ive never been the same since having kids gona push for surgery after this one x

@planner26, yep im in the same boat as you hun! just two weeks ahead of you 😊🍼 my first pregnancy, whether i laugh, sneeze or cough thats it😁xx

I had to! From 31 weeks until bubba was 3/4 months old... Pelvic floor exercises help and when you do go for a wee, let a little out, hold it in then a little out and hold it & repeat. Don't be embarrassed chick! It does get better and it's so worth it :D

Same...I always wear a pad now as I'm not allowed on the sofa anymore lol...few pelvic floor exercises might help but should all spring back after birth x

my first baby I never had this problem, my current pregnancy and I swear to god I only have to think about sneezing or coughing and I've peed a little its been horrfic the past week as ive been full of a cold so coughing and sneezing constantly ive had to wear pads as I'm petrefid that I will pee in public my partner laughs every time I tell him but I appreciate he laughs at me because I'd cry if he didn't lmao xxx

I am really bad for this😂😂 like seriously can't even do a little cough without wetting myself! I laughed at people when they told me this would happen and told me to do my pelvic floor exercises but I regret not listening now 😂 I just hope it gets better after I've had my little girl! but your not on your own don't worry it happens to the best of us lol! just another perk I guess!@planner26 xxx

I'm only 23 weeks + 4 days... I've peed a little when I've sneezed a few times 😫 first baby aswell 😂😐 xxx

Ive done my pelvic floor all the way through, im 37 weeks and it doesn't seem to have helped, I only have to sit down to quick or laugh at something and im having an accident😩xxx
