with my first I missed a couple days with my prenatals but she came out fine. with my now second one, I kinda need my prenatals because is still breastfeed my first so they both take a lot from me. the prenatals are basically for you.

have my taken them since 25 weeks baby boy is healthy as can be with no problems

My doc told me it's crucial during the first trimester. After that it's not the end of the world if you don't take them daily.
