Already started to taking prenatal vitamins.. how long to take to kick in?

A week. Keep taking them throughout the pregnancy. Good for you and baby.

Yes it has all the vitamins you need! The baby take alot of your nutrients so the vitamins help you gain them back! Beware though the iron may make you constipated so make sure to drink plenty of 100% Apple juice and other natural laxatives.
