My doc told me it's crucial during the first trimester. After that it's not the end of the world if you don't take them daily.

with my first I missed a couple days with my prenatals but she came out fine. with my now second one, I kinda need my prenatals because is still breastfeed my first so they both take a lot from me. the prenatals are basically for you.

I took them with my first son and he turned out fine! But with this one I haven't started taking them yet
