In the car it's like a constant fight between the seat belt and my stomach. Anyone else hate wearing the seat belt with their belly ?
Anyone forced to use the seat belt to strap in their infant carseat???
How old does a child have to be and weigh to use a regular seat belt and booster seat?
Car seat question. My son is 5.5 years old and 45 pounds. He has one of those car seats that has the 5-point harness but the harness is able to come off and be used with the seat belt. My question is when did you make the transition? The company says min age of 5 and 40 pounds to start using the belt restraint instead of the harness. I'm asking your opinions because wehave a 3 row vehicle and I'm putting my 2 oldest in the 3rd row and the younger 2 in the middle but it's really difficult climbing back to unbuckle him, but he could do it himself with the regular seat belt. I'm not looking to be attacked, I'm genuinely curious and will happily struggle with the harness longer if you girls think I should. I'm just looking for opinions on what you think!
Rave! New carseat, the Chicco Nextfit. LOVE THIS SEAT. Even the most carseat inept person can install this seat with latch. LOVE IT.

Yea that's the only I reason I put on after driving for a few minutes. but when I get in the car, most of the time I don't put it on right away

I put it under my belly too it's just still so annoying @theosmommy love that lol thanks @juliannap between that and my rib pain idk what's worse @arijane316 I had mine off today and we almost got into an accident and I think God was sending me a message to put it on @supermommy23 yup that's me until now haha @joneselisha2024 it is uncomfortable I hate it

Omg you have no idea. Before pregnancy I ALWAYS had my seat belt on. No what it's but now it is sooo dreading!! It bothers me so much :/ I definitely know what you mean!

when I was 35 weeks with my son my stomach was do big in the belt hurt so bad I took it off when my mom was driving me out of town in a cop pulled my mom over and gave me a ticket I was pissed I always wear my seat belt Lol 😂😂😂
