Hey ladies so I was thinking of getting the Mriena IUD I never had an IUD before. Any of you have an experience with it?!
I had the implanon for a year I only took it out to conceive its the only thing that would work for me I don't want the shot or the pill @shorty91
@mazeyy09, the arm implant (2 types: implanon and nextplanon) do the research on which one you would like because the nextplanon causes hair loss and weight gain (I had it for 2yrs and had to removing due to abnormal hair loss), and my sister i. law had implanon and caused her major migraines. Make sure they give you all the pro's and con's about both
I had it for about 1yr and a few months and it moved up causing horrible pain. Aside from it moving, it was great, not much bleeding due to period
I've heard a lot of positive. the only tip my other mommy friends gave me was to "give it time" like @wyatts_mommy_0106 was saying-your body has to get use to it. I gave mine 3 months but had to get it removed. Best of luck!
it grew into my sister's uterus. I had it for a month and hated the constant bleeding so I went on the pill
I have it and in the beginning I had a few problems hubby hitting the strings and I had a period 2xs a month once my body got use to it I know only have 1 period a month and my Dr cut the strings back and now its been smooth sailing best birth control I've had by far
I had a horrible experience with it.me and my sister actually it gave me the worst pelvic pain and a bacterial infection and I only had it for 2 years. I plan on using the arm implant once I deliver
Any moms with the iud birth control?
I have some questions.
I just had my Iud out yesterday . How long after can I get pregnant ? #myfirstpost
Is IUD an option?
After this baby I want something secure that would prevent me from getting pregnant. Any of you ladies had an experience with copper IUD ?
Those who have the Mirena iud can I please hear your experience? I’m getting it on Wednesday and I’m pretty nervous

IUD got dislodged and is now stuck in my cervix. Waiting to see if the er can get it removed!
I thought I was in labor with the pain I was having!
I'm glad it has worked well for you @mazeyy09 😊
