horrible back pain.. all last night and today. kept waking up last night and now I just want to cry because of how bad this hurts.. anyone have some ideas to help this? can't get comfortable at all...

the only thing I've found to help my back pain is a heating pad. I'm pretty much laying on it all hours of the day lol
