I'm 9w3d.... and have the WORST cold or oncoming of strep throat... due to my history (3 mc's) I'm scared out of my mind to take ANYTHING... I need help! I can't breathe... sleep ... and my throat is KILLING me... do you think a benadryl would be ok?

benadryl should be fine. my doctor told me to take it to help me sleep. it's the only thing she recommended I take besides Tylenol for anything. hope you feel better :)
amoxicillin is fine to take so is Tylenol that doesn't cause miscarriages
@mrsgeorge, I called my ob.. they told me to go to urgent care to get a strep test... I'm in New York right now for work.. so, far far away from my home (louisiana) lol.. but, I'm trying hot tea with cinnamon and honey right now.. then when my husband gets off work I'm making him bring me to get a Nettie.. I don't have a fever.. so, im gonna try to tough it out a bit. I'll do anything to not have to take medicine
