I've just done my first hour of 15 minute goes on each so fingers crossed! just finished of my second pineapple this week and I'm on my mat ball, gonna scrub the floors soon an take the dog for a walk! somethings gotta work!!😂😂 xx

Its a bit time consuming and id use an oil to do it as after 30 min it can get a little uncomfortable but ive given it a shot !
