does anyone know how to quickly dry your milk supply? I started a new job and going to school so I berly have time now, but I'm happy to have kept breastfeeding for 5 months, with my daughter i didn't even get to a month so I'm happy. but I can't take not breastfeeding for even a whole day without my breast hurting so I would really like to know what drys your supply.... help? my son is already getting used to formula any way and only breastfeeds 3 times a day if that

It can actually dry up in about three days. If you've been breastfeeding , I'll say a week. Wear a tight bra.

Haha well you could always just keep feeding a little bit, pump when you have time, it will slowly diminish the less you feed lol...I'm not sure about how long, I would change it out every couple hours fir cleanliness reasons but I'm not exactly sure how long it takes, sorry 😔

I hear if you put cabbage leaves or lettuce in your bra against the breast, it's supposed to dry up your supply...in the meantime you could just express a little bit when you feel engorged to relieve the discomfort, it should dry out quickly of you're not feeding though!
