not 100% sure about qualifying for breast pumps but I have one that I am not using at the moment because my daughter is now over a year old. if need be you can borrow it for a little if you can't get one. I'm located in Riverside as well. I know we don't know each other but I like to help a fellow mom out if I can. :)
