Ever since I found out I'm pregnant my dog won't leave my side, always has to be touching me. Anyone else have this?

my sisters puppy did that when I was pregg with my son
my husband's dog strongly preferred him rather than his parents or me until I got pregnant and now he guards me and wants my attention more than my husbands
