Having trouble sleeping at night. My dr told me to take Tylenol PM...I feel weird taking something everyday like that. What are y'all's opinions??

my Dr advised sleeping pills they are safe and I couldn't have made it thru my last trimester without them

you can take Tylenol PM, benadryl, or unisom.. they're all safe for pregnancy. I myself being a mom with an infant as well have found them to be a lifesaver at times

I have seizures so my doc told me to take it if I'm not sleep by 12am because lack of sleep can cause them. Never did anything to me...it actually helped.
