my Dr advised sleeping pills they are safe and I couldn't have made it thru my last trimester without them

you can take Tylenol PM, benadryl, or unisom.. they're all safe for pregnancy. I myself being a mom with an infant as well have found them to be a lifesaver at times

I have seizures so my doc told me to take it if I'm not sleep by 12am because lack of sleep can cause them. Never did anything to me...it actually helped.
