for the most part it is, being off my meds is hard, but I'm dealing. I hope you figure out something to help you! I know its tough!

therapy is great for some people, I have terrible anxiety so it only ever made me feel worse. I deal with things better on my own. my Dr only wanted to talk about one thing with me. and it never helped. it just made me worse. I was in an abusive relationship for four years and he only wanted me to talk about it. it made my depression and anxiety twice as bad

I would just deal with being emotional and having issues till the baby is born, thats what I plan on doing. I mean, I feel bad for my husband having to deal with me like this. but its for a good cause. only do what makes you comfortable. find things that help you relax to take place of the medicine. warm baths or reading or something.

@mrsdoyle, I was at the lowest dose, but im still nervous. My mom has bipolar and was on her whole concoction her whole pregnancy. And the both babies are good. My brother is autistic but that's it.

I'm way to nervous to take them. I was on the highest dose I could be on and when I found out I was pregnant I quit cold turkey. I was doing great up until recently.

@daisydukes, yeah I am in the second trimester and haven't gotten back yet. I'm waiting for it. @mrsdoyle she said the same thing to me, but it still makes me nervous.

I have the same issues, my doctor told me I could still take my meds but since I'm already high risk, I don't want to risk anything at all. the past few weeks I've been so depressed and anxious all I do is sit in the house and cry, I have trouble leaving the house, or doing anything really.

Yeah I feel you with the no energy first trimester. I didn't either. Neither did my bestie so I have no freaking clue how she did it. But it sounds like you're in a good place relationship and Doctor wise which is amazing!

@daisydukes, I would love to exercise but I have no energy. I've been 100% honest wth my doc and my SO if fully supportive of everything I do. And I have contacted counseling to see if that will help before I go back on my meds. I want meds to be my last resort.

Btw she now has a super happy and healthy 4 month old boy and she never went back to her full dose and actually was able to go back off once she was able to exercise intensely again.

My best friend had a lot of issues with it and didn't want to be on them during pregnancy. Make sure you are meeting with your doctor frequently and being very honest. Also she had HUGE benefits with diet and exercise. She was able to stay off the drugs until she had to minimize exercise in the third trimester and even then was able to really lower her dose. But the most important thing is a clear and honest relationship with your dr.
