Does any other moms smoke weed while they are pregnant cause I live In CO and smoke daily cause of pain and I don't eat…

@djsmommy0516, not everyone can just take Tylenol and be okay. Eating isn't that easy either. I couldn't eat for 8 days once. I know how she's feeling

you reallys shouldnt smoke and you should really be eating. you are growing a human you need all the nutrients you can get. weed is not going to help your baby grow take some tylenol cause the pain only gets worse the further you get. hope all turns out good for u.

I had this convo with a doc I work with today. It's not good to do with your baby being in the 1st trimester!! That's where you can harm your baby the most. I wouldn't do it at all. I live in the springs, my husband does it but he goes outside or in the bathroom! It's just not smart to risk your kid.. And to the girl who said they can't do anything.. They can! And if they get a warrant (if they felt they needed one) there is seriously NOTHING you can do about not letting them in. Don't think it can't happen to you, cause that's when it will.

I really don't support that during pregnancy. I'm in Colorado too and have zero problems staying far away from weed. also they generally take urine samples at every visit to make sure your sugar and everything is normal. if you've tested positive they have the obligation to notify CPS at birth about it. and it's really not great at all for the health of your child.

cyfd is always notified if the baby tests positive for any sort of drugs that are not prescription related, if you have your medical card then they can't do anything if not you're baby will be put into foster care until you complete a rehab program and can prove to be a "worthy" mother, you can also be charged with child endangerment. my cousin who also lives in Colorado had this happen to her because she didn't have a medical card she got 18 months of supervised probation and had to complete a 6 month rehab program

the Dr told me they now test the baby when it's born and if it has any drugs in his or her system they take them be very careful hun

well everyone can have their own opinion , I live in Colorado too and when I was pregnant the last thing I wanted to do was risk in any way the well being of my son since took me so long to conceive him , I just wanted to make sure I did everything on my power for him to be ok and If you can hold it for 9 months that would me great that's when being a parents starts, making sacrifices for them because they can't tell us what they like or what they don't. ..

I smoked until 6 months pregnant for sickness and back pains and my son is healthy and smart and a really calm baby just smoke out of a pipe its better I didn't trust blunt or paper

my friend just had her baby smoked til the last trimester she never got your baby taken she breast feeds everything but j also about to get my pipe card forum kidneys

they won't let you breastfeed at the hospital if that's what you plan on doing and they have to tell DHS but there's really nothing they can do about it because it is legal not going to lie I never let them into my house after I got home with my baby they tried to tell me he was autistic just so they could come to my house and they are full of it my sons not autistic and they're not coming to my house there's nothing wrong with him and I'm not a bad parent I needed to smoke because I didn't sleep and I wasn't eating the whole time I was pregnant it was only thing that helped me

every time you pee at the doctors office they drug test you whether they tell you or not

I live in the springs smoked my entire pregnancy my sons perfectly fine the only thing my doctor said was that he couldn't recommend it because there's no facts or anything about its cause and effects on a baby in the womb

Damn well I live Aurora co so u don't think I'll get drug test at appts

smoked weed till i was 6weeks pregnant but stopped because that's when i found out i was pregnant and also my OB does drug test and will call cps if it was still in my system!

don't worry about what anyone else thinks, my nephew is just fine and his mom smoked all day everyday, he's the calmed kid I've ever met, if my boyfriend would let me, and my doctor did test I would probably hit it one too lol I quit when I got pregnant though, and don't forget you have to tag the ladies your talking to or they won't know you replied to them ;)

I smoked while preggo for nausea and eating . I stopped at end of 2 trimester . though once I started to quit i got bad anxiety about everything . my son is perfectly healthy doesn't really cry and eats like his daddy . I did get tested at the hospital . I live in Oregon. I have no need or want to smoke again now though . I smoked for 7 years prior to being pregnant.

They definitely test newborns and you when you go in to deliver. Just keep that in mind!

I also see for people that do their babies are more calm and I don't see nothing wrong with it, they are actually seeing if it's good or bad for pregnant people so they never said it was good or bad

Hun. I'm gonna be honest. I don't mind for the rude comments I might get but I did the same. I barely stopped two weeks ago so I can cleanse myself. Every sono I ask for to be sure my baby is okay they say she's fine and healthy. Everything is there and intacted on all the right places

I feel ill get really sick like I have nausea problem and feel it will get worst

You should stop as soon as you find out you're pregnant
