Hey ladies,
quick question...im not a big water drinker, but im working on it for my baby. What r sum things i could do to increase my water intake? I mean as far as what can i do to make it taste better to make me want to drink it more? Also, how much water should i b drinking a day?
I drink my water from a mason jar, often I put fruit in it and shake it up (cut up fruit). It tastes awesome and then you get to eat the fruities 😁
I hate water too! I drink flavored waters and the Dasani squirt flavor thingies! they are so yummy. or I freeze it and eat it like ice.
I freeze mine to where it's mostly I've and eat the ice , it's easier for me to do it that way water makes me nauseas but I love ice
I love putting cucumbers and berries into a pitcher of water. it isn't so plain which makes it easier to drink. if you get sick of it you can just use another combination of fruit.
if water is hard, try eating watermelon, celery and cucumbers. water rich foods. or the crystal light water mixes.
I was the same way but what I did was download a water tracking app and started with the recommended 64 oz for my daily intake and have been slowly increasing it. It's helped me see how much I need to drink through out the day and try to drink it by 6 pm and anything after is a bonus
I have a nurse call and check up on me via phone and I told her I had the exact same problem. She told me to add fruit to the water and that I just be drinking 4 bottles of water a day.
Yes, I don't use as much fruit of course but I love it!!
