That is normal :) I didn't start showing till late with my first too! Nothing to worry about though :) I'm pregnant with my baby #2 and I'm huge and I'm only 7 weeks lmao.

I'm 27 weeks, about to be in my 3rd trimester, & still don't look that pregnant.

Mine grew a ton between 23 and 26

I wouldn't worry about it at all. With my first pregnancy my belly didn't pop up until I hit 7 months.
