I'm a no Meds kinda girl when not pregnant so I tried my best to stay away from it when pregnant. I had BAD Nausea and still do occasionally. I used seabands mama on my wrist . Lots of ginger ale schweppes , Lemon head candies .

I got something else, it never made me sleept

thank you ladies , with my son i think it wasnt until about 9 weeks that i started getting this sick , which she then prescribed me to some meds . these are different this time she said they can cause me to wanna sleep but be able to tolerate food, so hopefully these will help me . @twinmamma2015 @shannaa24

Definitely passed the fact of accepting that im going to throw up ,especially since Ive been thru this once before ,but im not finna deal with it if there is nothing i can about it . i rather take these pills gain some nutrients that im constantly losing than to be sick , not able to eat or drink ,@bria.k .. thank you ladies for the feedback 😊

hope whatever he gave you helps hun! and if it doesn't tell him. They gave me promethazine at first and it didn't do anything so they tried me on diglescis and that worked. so I know some speak up if something doesn't work k hun! good luck ☺

the medicine is perfectly safe for the baby. my doctor gave me some to try. I didn't really need it this pregnancy. if you can't hold anything down. that's your best bit.

My dr didn't give me anything until 15 weeks and I had hyperemesis. Just try to eat tiny bits at a time and accept that you're gonna throw up. Crackers didn't work for me so instead I ate tortilla chips. Like 3 at a time. My dr said anything at all is better than nothing so if you can hold down a cookie or a candy bar, by all means go ahead and eat it!

diglescis worked best for me if you do get meds.

my doc gave me meds.

ginger ale n plain toast or saltine crackers

or take a benadryl

suck on a peppermint
