@al924, honey you're pregnant! Congrats!!! At home pregnancy test give false negatives not false positives. If it's positive, it's accurate.
You can get a false positive, it just doesn't happen very often, but if blood/protein is present I can, and certain medications can give off a false positive, but it is rare, they're usually pretty spot on! false negatives are waaaayyyy more likely.
Pregnancy test don't have false positives, only false negatives. Now there are evap lines. Pregnancy test pick up hcg levels. You only make that hormone while pregnant
theres always a chance of false positives & false negatives.. i got false negatives.
Congratulations your pregnant, I would still go to the doctors but they are only going to do what you did a pee stick pregnancy test. Unless you ask for a blood one....then it takes a week for results.
