Ladies! This may be a dumb question BUT after you have unthawed your breastmilk, where do you put the wanted milk for baby before feeding sessions? And where and how do you unthaw breastmilk? And how long can it be unthawed before you have to dispose??? TIA

put the container or bag in a bowl if warm water until it thaws and warms.

After thawed it goes to the fridge. I never keep milk that's been thawed out more than a day. And you can old thaw milk in hot water, same with warming bottles because if you microwave it, it will get bacteria in it

I usually let it thaw out on the counter & make his bottles & out it in the refridge once the bottles are made, but it has to be used within 24 hours & it cannot be rethawed
