Drink a cold glass of juice or something similar! lay on your left side, and wait half hour! He should move 3 times. if not, call or go into L&D!

I think I will. I haven't felt him move since maybe 3-4 in the morning and usually he's moving all day for the most part. I just have to see if my hubby can get out of work and someone to watch the kids @elenalee @lexiiroyal

My dr was very adamant that if I don't feel him 10 in an hour to go to er.

Drink something cold and with sugary (maybe with some caffeine), lay on your back...within an hour if he doesn't move, go to L&D

Nothing today, I've poked him a few times because it's really weird to not feel him because he usually moves around just about all day like crazy..I'm home by myself with my step son and his cousin (3&6) and my hubby is at work so it's going to be hard to go in @h653

If you poke him he won't wiggle? If you can't get him to move I would go in.
