no heartbeat I just came to the dr to see the baby tomorrow id be 9 weeks no heart beat. Im in shock everyone is running…

My doctor advised waiting until after I got my next period to try. The wait is excruciating, but use the time to heal and prepare, both mentally and physically. I'm sorry you have to go through this. I've had two d&cs for missed miscarriages (which turned out to be chromosomal abnormalities) on top of the full-term, unexplained stillbirth of my beautiful son. It sucks...it beyond sucks...but you will get through it. You're stronger than you think.

Thoughts are with you and your hubby..so sorry this happened.

I think the heal time is different for everyone. Some try immediately, some take a little time off...it is all in how your heart feels and what is right for you. It's such a hard experience. Xx

Just got home from the hospital. Everything went well. Thank you all so much. Its easy to feel alone in this but i know i am not. We now have to wait a month for results hopefully some closure. My husband says we dont have to try again and although right now the idea is Terriflying i know in my heart i still want a baby how long did you need to heal and retry?

This exact same thing happen to me my last pregnancy. I went in for an ultrasound at 9 weeks and there was no longer a heartbeat. We did a chromosomal analysis on the baby and it turns out it was Trisomy 21. (Downs Syndrome) It was devastating. We waited almost a year before trying again due to just being so gutted. I'm glad we did though. I'm pregnant again with IVF attempt no 3! 22 weeks along with a healthy baby boy. Don't give up. Hugs. Xoxo

I wasn't even given the option of finding out why I miscarried which from what my RE told me last week should've been done. I hate that I didn't know to ask my OB to do the testing when he did the D&C. At least you know and can hopefully get some answers after the procedure. Try not to let the heartbreak consume you as I know it's easier said than done. I'll be praying for you and if you need someone to talk to or just to vent, please feel free to message me.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. Tomorrow is my dnc in a hospital scheduled as a surgery. My husband and i hearts are broken. I wish no one the pain we're going threw. I wish you all healthy pregnancys as we have all gone thru so much to even get Pregnant.

They will do testing on the baby after wards to see if they can figure out what went wrong. They havent even taken this one out and there already quoting me prices to try again which right now feels unthoughtful to me but my sister which has been threw this says they are just trying to show me hope.

Regardless to ladys that have miscarried after they tested the baby did they find anything that caused this?

I'm so very sorry as I know exactly how you feel. The exact thing happened to me at 11w4d. Thought I was just going to check on everything and get blood work only to find out that it had stopped growing at 8 weeks. I couldn't stop crying and had to go for a d&c the next day. It's the most devastating thing in the world and I really am sorry you're going through this. Not that this helps right now but it does get easier. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
