How does one gain weight?...I'm supposed to gain 5 lbs by my next appointment. I lost two😔 and I'm eating!! I had so much breakfast and lunch today.
Weight gain I'm 15w4d and I've gained about 6 lbs since the beginning of pregnancy. As long as the scale I just used is correct, I'm creeping up on 140. I had a mini freak out but I calmed myself down by telling myself it's normal. What has everyone else gained?
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
how much weight has everyone gained? I was 194 before baby then was 172 and now at 21 weeks I'm 184... 😳😳 I don't want to gain so much weight...I'm already kinda chubby..will I gain a lot? I've started eating healthier.
I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said I should have gained 10 pounds by now and I've gained 1. Anyone else have problems with gaining weight in the beginning?
weight gain I'm up 26lb at 30 weeks. Honestly, super proud of that. I gained 70lb with my son. 10 weeks left to keep it going.

its normal to lose weight I lost weight with my son. just eat enough for u and the baby everyone gains differently

protein drinks! ensure with protein. the chocolate flavor tastes like chocolate milk😉

protein shakes but be careful with proteins because you don't want an isolated whey it's for weight loss not gain... and as long as baby is healthy I wouldn't be too concerned.. I'd ask you doc. why he is if baby is growing and okay

@tlokitabella91, I know! but I lost almost 40 lbs in one month doctors are worried about my babe Cuz it was so tiny in my ultrasound @lexiiroyal any good brands?

40 lbs! Bless your heart. Definitely drink the ensure! I love it for breakfast when I don't have an appetite

@aphrodite2014, baby wasn't meeting weight yet at 15 weeks but there's a heartbeat and hes just trying to get me to gain weight

@bmedwards, okay I could see that.. if baby was growing okay then you not gaining would be okay but with baby being under weight then yeah.. a also those ensures are really good for weight gain we use them at the hospital! that or the "boost" it's a brand I'll see if I can find a picture
