so my husband wants to feed are baby but the thing is that I will be breastfeeding so idk how it would work. he was thinking that when he wants to feed him he would give him formula but I just want my baby to have breast milk. so then he said why don't you pump your milk out and I'll feed it to him and i thought that would be the best thing but then I'm scared that my baby will get use to the bottle. I need help idk what to do because my husband really wants to feed him :/ and we need to come up with something before are baby is here. can anyone help??

you can always pump but its best to not introduce the bottle until after a month

im pumping and using a bottle along with breastfeeding and baby has no issues going back and fourth @brinleysmommy you can always try and see how it goes :)

my daughter was breast fed and took a bottle from 2 weeks however nipple confusion can happen. if you're afraid baby won't latch after a bottle tell him he's waited this long. a little longer won't hurt. sometimes it's not about what people want it's about what is best for baby.

you just have to find the right bottles that are similar to the actual nipple. Im breastfeeding and bottle feeding if it all works out for me cuz I need to go back to work shortly after baby is here.

@momwife1316, would this be right? and @nicemmcha2015 it won't hurt her worst care scenario I pump and she eats through a bottle, I want him to be apart of it also.

nothing wrong with that. Tommie Tippie bottles are also good ones as well. that kind looks cool. where did you find it? I want to pump more with this new one than I did with our other.

Im sure those would work. Im stuck between 3 brands. I'm not sure which to get yet.
