Oh trust me I drank like 4 bottles of Costco water which I never do lol and juice too

Sweet I'll try prunes but I guess some juice helped now so I feel little better not as much pressure

Colace pills or dried prunes, which is what I now eat everyday and I'm finally regular again.

Maybe imma try my sisters Inlaw thinks pulm juice or prune for juice bottle lol this sucks lol I just pee like 15 times a day lol

I never did canned always got from the bottle and not even trying to drink it for anything and it worked. Maybe prune juice?
