anyone know what I can do/take to get my milk supply up ? I'm pumping to bottle feed baby bc breastfeeding didn't workout, & formula is just too hard on her tummy. so I'm continuing to pump to bottle feed, but I need to get my milk supply up, any tips/advice ? TIA !
took me 10 minutes to pump this from both breast after feeding Ethan for 25 minutes. My milk supply is going crazy yesterday I pumped 8 bottles my milk stash is going to be great
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared lol

breast feeding help!! Hi ladies, well I had my baby two days ago but I still have no milk supply and I have to follow up with formula but we still have successful latches. Any tips on how to get my supply going I'm currently waiting for my.breast pump.
so my husband wants to feed are baby but the thing is that I will be breastfeeding so idk how it would work. he was thinking that when he wants to feed him he would give him formula but I just want my baby to have breast milk. so then he said why don't you pump your milk out and I'll feed it to him and i thought that would be the best thing but then I'm scared that my baby will get use to the bottle. I need help idk what to do because my husband really wants to feed him :/ and we need to come up with something before are baby is here. can anyone help??

Stay hydrated, power pump, skin to skin, keep working on baby's latch if you can, oatmeal, vitamin water and blue Gatorade(worked for me), good nutrition, and "super foods"

First start off by setting up a pumping plan a day, Pump for 10-15 minutes every two to three hours or evenwhen you have free time. Also do skin to skin contact with your baby and suck him/her sickon your nipple just so that your body knows that it still needs to be producing milk. The skin to skin contact helps to release those hormones your body needs to let it know the baby is hungry. Pump and Suck! These steps will help you to produce more milk. Hope i helped!
