does anyone know if I can eat lunch meat that's not cooked? I didn't even think about it and I bought some today and it looks so I good I really don't wanna throw it away its brown sugar ham lunch meat..
So I know deli meat is a no no but jimmy johns is having subs for 1 dollar today for lunch and I am craving deli meat like no other! What do you ladies think?

My doctor never said anything about lunch meat. I eat it all the time.

In moderation, its just the fact that if during the cooking process they didn't heat it high enough it can have a bacteria called lysteria. My thoughts are the process the hell out of everything and put so many preservatives in them. Just don't go crazy and eat it all the time basically everything during pregnancy is fine in moderation.

No problem! A friend of mine was told by her doctor that as long as she wasn't getting it out of the garbage she could eat it.

I eat it a lot like not non stop but one of my biggest cravings was a ham sub from my local bakery
