All I want is a nice cold lunch meat sandwich but nope just got to be pregnant 😭😉

@mgncal89, it's very rare to get listeria from lunch meat but you can steam it in the microwave and eat it. I normally just eat subway and have them toast it.

When I brought it up to my obgyn with my daughter I got my ass chewed out cause she said it was very dangerous @erica95 @princesssskxo @babyeitrem @ainsleighsmumma @heatherlg88

Steam it if your worried than put it in the freezer till it's cold. But honestly you can get listeria from almost anything.

@mommaofthree2017, deli meat IS bad for pregnant woman. It's safer to eat if U steam the meat but my doctor just recommended I stay away from it

Ive eaten a couple...it's very rare that you'll get lysteria.

not trying to scare anyone but isn't it dangerous to eat the sandwich meats because of the bacteria that can cause miscarriages or preterm labor?

I eat them all the time. that's all I crave most of the time
