probably more bloating @linaor1 the baby is super tiny at 6 weeks so the uterus isn't real big

well every pregnancy is different. I know a girl who had no sickness, no bloating, no uti or anything in her first. but her second was full of throwing up, not being able to eat, and lots of pain. lol.

It's bloating. Keep in mind your uterus is growing rapidly too.
