QUESTION!!!!!

My niece just ate about two hours ago and she isn't hungry yet I changed her diaper and held her and played with her for a while. She's a little fussy, is it okay if I give her s little water in a bottle? She's almost 3 months old.

she might be, she could be going thru a growth spurt. she may take a lil out of it or all of it. but she will stop when she is done.

water isn't really recommended until 6 months, or at least that's what my doctor said.

and you said that was about 2 hrs ago. She may have a tummy ache. has she been fussy since she ate or just started?

Babies shouldn't have water that young, you're better off making another oz of formula.. She might still be hungry. Or possibly gassy

You should ask the parent. Small babies shouldn't have water 😕

yeah I agree with @santistevanmommie it's definitely to young for water. She may need a few sips to help get a trapped gas bubble out, or just want a few sips. My boys do that sometimes. like sometimes Brian will take an 8oz bottle and a few hours later take 4 more oz but the not be hungry for 6 hours. So she maybe just wanting a "snack" as I call it, lol

I would ask her momma first before giving her water

10oz is a ton for a 3 month old. I'd be surprised if she was hungry. She may actually be overfed.

@twinmamma2015, I never thought of that lol. I'll go make some more formula and see if that helps. thank you(:

No water under 6 months! And also, 10 oz and cereal for a 3 month old?! Their stomachs can't handle that much at a young age. She was probably fussy from being overfed!!

@ashleyjayne216, she actually wasn't being fussy from being over fed but thanks anyways

3 month old bleeding monthly

3 month old bleeding monthly So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. It's like a little pink streak. I know her bleeding that first month is normal but every month? It's like she has a mini period/spotting. I would call her doctor but the only working phone we own is my husbands and he's at work. This is the 3rd month it's happened and I'm a little worried. Any advice or information would be appreciated. She doesn't seem fussy or like she's hurting. Her little breasts have are swollen again too (they feel like a little hard lump)

My 6 year old and I got our nails done today. She got her first manicure and they painted Olaf on her thumb! Some people have expressed that they think she's to young to be getting a manicure. I used the manicure as a bribe to get her to stop biting her nails and if it works...I'm going to keep taking her bi weekly when I go for a fill. I remember my parents not letting me get a manicure until I was in high school. Is it really so strange for a little girl to regularly get manicures?

Does anyone know what this could be? I'm not sure if its just from her laying on her face, me kissing her all day or her dad thinks its from grease off his shirt from work😣 it doesn't seem to bother her idk if its an allergic reaction to something, I did give her a little infant tylenol but I had given it to her yesterday because she got her shots and her legs are still kind of sore and she's fussy so I didn't know if maybe that's why she's been fussy and she didn't get this on her face...any ideas?
