update: I've been in the hospital since about 5:30pm 1-15-16. Apparently contractions feel like strong menstrual cramps. I didn't realize that and I've been cramping for 2 and a half days. I'm not dilated so they gave me an iv of fluids to see if that helped, it didn't and they gave me some blue pills to try and stop the contractions and morphine and neither helped so they tried a yellow pill and I'm still having them. She's head down and has enough fluid around her so they're not sure what's causing the contractions. The lowest they've gone is 18 highest is 67. If baby girl wants to come then she will. She weighs 4 pounds 11 ounces. I've been here for almost 12 hours if not more.

I hope everything goes well. yea she'll definitely come if she wants to. contractions are miserable. at home you can move around curle up when you need to. run back and fourth if you need to. at the hospital every day of my last week, I kept going back. I had contractions for a week. they got worse that Friday. I didn't know I was in labor, because I kept being sent home.
well at the hospital they don't want you to move. so you have to stay put, dealing with the pain

Good luck. it's so much easier going through contractions at home and I personally feel they are less intense then because you can move around how you wanna not glued to a bed. hope you have a safe delivery tho.

I had the same issue they just told me I had a uti and I was dehydrated but your situation may be different. good luck and let us all know what's going on.

@shannaa24, @charnycenicole79 @motherof6joys @aphrodite2014 @jessica_higgins they were finally able to stop the contractions at 7 am this morning and I'm home now and resting. I'm not dehydrated or anything I do have bacterial vaginosis which I just got done taking the antibodies for 3 days ago so I have to get it refilled and take it again and they also gave me a script for meds to stop the contractions at home. No dilation, no leaking fluid and baby girl is fine.
