Take it to a mechanic. Could need a new thermostat. I had a 2000 cavalier and it happened to me too. @cholaloca
Oh my gosh that would scare the crap out of me and I had a car that done that before it kept getting overheated I couldn't even drive 5 miles without it overheating
yea. ours is stranded right now. its a 2001 chevy cavalier. stupid thing kept going from 100 degrees to 260. back and forth so we put anti freeze in it and it started acting funny. so i tried to pull over and everything locked up on me. @rachelirene
I feel you. we just put an alternator in our 1977 delta royal Oldsmobile. then found out that it has melted wires. new head gasket too. sucks👎👎👎 praying🙏🙏🙏
hopefully. keeping fingers crossed that its not a big fix. @kdsmith and it did scare the crap out of me. i didnt know what to do. @rachelirene
