I ate lunch meats and hot dogs while pregnant. While they told me not too, because my body is used to it. My kids are fine. I think its really up to you.
I went to the hospital a couple weeks ago for stomach pains and when I was hungry they gave me a turkey sandwich just like this! Assuming they wouldn't give it to me if it wasn't safe
