I feel so sad this pregnancy. I don't feel like I have anyone to talk to. issues with my apartment. I'm so stressed. I don't feel like I'll find a rented house. I want space for my kids. I don't want to be crammed in a small apartment. I don't have my family members or my fiance to talk to. I just want someone here with me.

ms hannaa24, you're doing great! Don't be so hard on yourself! You'll get there! And no, sadly real estate is just that expensive here in the DC area. It's actually a historic property near the Pentagon. Great location but tiny. I figure I'd rather live in a great location spend my life outside my house than in. I have friends in Oklahoma with multiple kids, huge houses, multiple cars/boats, etc... But totally unhappy. No rush. We're not promised our days. Just make sure each one is lived as though it was your last. Donny look at the future so much you forget today.

I've been doing lots of research online. but have no clue who is the right people. Im sure somethings gonna happen here with all the plumbing problems. lose customers, or place is gonna be shut down. you've definitely done alot for yourself. lots of hard work. one bedroom for that much, sounds like alot. but I'm sure the place is huge. I'm a real estate title examiner. I work from home. I make pretty decent money for my age. definitely alot better then working retail barely getting by. but as long as I keep pushing myself and learning, there's alot of money I can make. sometimes I think it's gonna be a bit hard carrying a job with 3 kids now. I'm blessed to have them. I wouldn't change it. I just really hope I work through it. even when I get stressed, I pray I find a good solution and work it out. me and my husband were gonna buy an lgi home 3 years ago. he wasnt ready even tho I was. but maybe it was best not to rush into it. I ended up being laid off from a title company. so it was hard for my husband to pay bills and his credit card during that time. so his credit used to be great, and now it may take a while to fix it back up. but definitely is working on it. and I have no credit. so he's pretty smart with money and everything else. I still feel very young. and trying to learn as much as I can to build myself better into adult hood. I'm 24 and about to have 3 kids. I gotta work harder, and figure it all out. sometimes I feel like I gotta rush, otherwise nothing I want done, will get done.

There has to be some sort of housing authority you can report the complex to for having unlivable conditions. Worth looking into. That will make corporate move faster on the management. Also, I just bought my first place- not even a house (a condo) because it's a quarter million just for the one bedroom I got. Took me until 37 to finish my education (through masters), buy a place, and travel before I was ready for a baby. We're all different and have different paths... They only seem better from the outside looking at someone else's life/path though, don't forget!

I'm definitely getting so emotional this pregnancy. and I really just wish things would go my way. but don't we all. I know things will work out, as long as I keep working hard. I get down on myself sometimes, thinking things are gonna work out, and I really want wants best for my son. let's just say I would really love to live the true American dream. a beautiful house with space, and a big backyard for my kids to play in. and beautiful garden. I know eventually this will happen. it's just gonna take time and hard work. I know lots of people now a days don't get to buy their first home till their in their 30s. I'm definitely tired of the apartment life. and this place annoyed with management. I moved in here in June. I had no clue the apartments had bad plumbing problems. they continuously, put notes on my door stating their turning off the complex water between hours of 10-3. well I work from home, and my son was sick yesterday. but I dealt with it. they always exceed the notice time. I had to call and complain. they didn't turn the water on till 7pm. and couldnt shower till 9 because water was ice cold. a couple weeks ago, it was off from 10am-10pm. I've talked with corporate. they had no clue the company has been shutting off the water. and the manager at the office, calls to argue with me. says there's nothing I can do about it, and there's no way to get out of my lease, even if the water continue to be turned off. I've had rotten egg smell in my kitchen for months. but they just poored bleach down it several times. so I guess I a few more calls to corporate may do the trick till my lease is up. just dealing with this stress, knowing nothing I can do about it. and feeling walked over by the management drives me crazy. there's somebody out there about this situation I should be able to take care of without paying for an attorney.

My mom always said... "life always changes, it never stays the same." Your situation will change eventually and you will get to where you want to be.
