I m wondering what should I avoid to eat and drinking while breastfeeding just be prepare since I had experienced with others 2 kids and they got fussed and gas cuz of what I eat. now I m 3 rd preggo n want so right eat and drink so won't cause baby gas n fussy? any recommendations thanks
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
You Guys idk what to eat n what is healthy to eat ? Can I eat subway is that ok ?? I found out yesterday I have gd n I don't go to ask until 2nd?
So its really over between me n him. Im angry n hurt. He block me from reaching out to him. Im so upset. So i want him to be punish for hurting me. What should i do? Tmi: this pregnancy has given me so much gas that won't seem to pass and now causing so much pain for me. Also haven't had any stools since like Wednesday 😩. What can I eat or drink to help?
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

@kwana16, I slowly introduced those things back into my diet.. The only one I still don't do is anything spicy. But now I can have soda every now and then and can eat out

me too! that make me thinking best for me to avoiding and start drinking alike water, juice, n milk. no spicy n gravy either greasy. but so hard to ignore those good soda n foods lol

For my daughter she would get gassy if I drank soda, too much caffeine, anything spicy, and anything greasy
