Help Needed!

Ok so Monday is my 3D/4D appt and I have asked a few family members to come including my girlfriend I've known for almost 30 years. I want to ask her to be the GodMother to my newest little one. She doesn't know what kind of appointment I have asked her to come to. I just said its a Drs appt. and she is probably thinking it's just gonna be me and her there. Anyway, I need ideas on how I can ask her to be the baby's GodMother in a really cute way. I should have planned better. While looking online today I see tons of cute things on esty. But it's to late for me to order anything and get it before my appt on Monday. Please let me know all creative ideas that I can pull off over the weekend. Maybe the store Things Remembered might have something there that I can get engraved.

This is baby number 4 and the first 3 all have different GodParents. None of which are actively involved. It's really sad.
