I'm 6w4d and every morning I wake up my stomach kills me, and morning sickness doesn't help the pain. I eat two crackers before getting out of bed, and take a sip of water. Then I go downstairs and use the restroom, sometimes it's hard but I'm often able to go number two- but never a complete BM. but my morning sickness never goes away. It literally lasts on and off all day. I just ordered preggie pops online and had them overnighted, but does anyone else have any suggestions. Or could the pain in the morning be caused from constipation? I'm so sick of waking up feeling like crap, and I'm so early.... even when I wake up in the middle of the night I have the constant pain until I force myself to sleep. it's not a cramping pain, but feels like a rock in my stomach... and I'm hardly able to eat throughout the day...

make sure you are staying hydrated, ask your doc about stool softners-that should be helpful, and have tums before bed and when you wake up.. hope you get relief

Personally I have to eat a mint when I wake up. Or drink a little milk. I bounce between heartburn and nausea every morning. Mints were actually suggested by an already mom. As for the cramping , I was told the cramping CAN be caused for the needing a decent bowel movement. I told my OB/baby doctor about it and he says many woman will experience the cramping due to that very reason. So I guess try to take a decent poop? Lol

Maybe you should talk to your doctor. The all day sickness is common though. Do you try to stay hydrated throughout the day?
