I use to do that when she was his age lol @nikolaismommy
I put him in his little swing so that he falls to sleep on his own and then I move him to his crib! @melia91
I still rock my daughter from time to time to help her get to sleep when she is not feeling good or just not wanting to go to sleep and she is 7 months
that's makes sense! how do you put him down at night? @nikolaismommy
I stopped after a month and because it got to the point that I couldn't sleep because he would start to scream if I put him down. I went 3 days with such little sleep I looked like a zombie! I thought if I do it when he's so tiny it'll be a lot easier for me and him later.
my son is 3 and when he takes naps he cuddles up with me. i rock side to side and rub his back. been doing it forever.
omg yes @mommybri2x. my daughter is 8 months and strangly bedtime is truly becoming a nightmare! shes on the bigger size and longer side of the scale for her age and I'm starting to feel like we're it here wrestling!! lol @mltober ii get what your saying, everyone has ways that work for them. I don't agree with cio to a certain degree but deff wanna find a way for my daughter to lay down at least by herself by the time she turns one.
My baby is 13m old and I still rock him. I rock him for 2 naps and bedtime a day. He has never fallen asleep alone and I don't believe in letting a baby cry it out, I think that is selfish. But there is nothing wrong with rocking a baby.
i shouldve been stopped because its like he naturally can't soothe his self to sleep anymore. my son is 4 months old and bedtime is the worst part
I never did it on a daily basis cause I knew what could happen and seen the bad side to constantly doing it.
